On-Demand Maintenance

On-demand maintenance, including CT & MRI Service, offers very flexible on-site specialized services to brokers and healthcare professionals on per incident basis. Our services include:

1. CT Tube replacements: Fixed prices for nationwide CT service including replacement CT tubes for GE CT tubes, Siemens CT tubes, Philips CT tubes and Toshiba CT tubes. CT tubes include: Siemens Dura 532 Akron B, Dura 532 Akron Q, Dura 502, Dura 422, Dura 352, Dura 302 and Dura 202. GE Performix, GE HiSpeed, GE ProSpeed, Picker Rhino 6, Rhino 5, Rhino 4 and CXB-400, CXB-750. Our engineers will complete the CT tube replacement and will perform system calibrations including completing all regulatory paperwork and documentations. We also offer used and new CT tubes for discounted prices.


2. MRI coldhead replacement: This specialized MRI service, offered with discounted prices for Sumitomo 408-A2, Sumitomo 408T, Leybold, Balzers and APD cold heads, compressors and flex lines. Magnets we support: GE magnets, Siemens magnets, Picker magnets and Oxford magnets. We supply a quality refurbished cold heads and products direct from our warehouse.


3. Magnet quench recovery: We offer magnet Ramp and Shim services for GE, Siemens and Picker magnets.


4. X-Ray Tubes and Image Intensifiers: Replacement of your x-ray tubes and/or Image Intensifiers (II) with full system calibration when due and on-demand basis.


5. System Evaluation: Before purchasing your next used or refurbished CT or MRI system, bring in the professionals to perform a complete system evaluation. We will submit a written report with detail analysis of the status of the system. We include results of image quality performance tests, system performance status compared to OEM specifications, Inventory of software tapes, MRI coils, accessories, manuals and phantoms available with the system.

You have your in-house service team, they deliver an excellent biomedical and clinical engineering maintenance services for you, but sometimes they need a second opinion on a specific problem with the system. Here is what we can offer:

1. Telephone Support: Your service team will have a team of professional technical specialists to answer their technical questions.


2. On-site support: When needed, ZettaMed will dispatch a technical specialist to work side-by-side with your in-house group.
